Policies at True Nature Attire

We custom make all orders. It will take 1-2 weeks for us to complete and send off from Bali, depending on how many pieces you order.

Shipping will take another 1-2 weeks depending on your location. 

Return Policy

We will accept your item back within 15 days- as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged. Please email us if you wish to return an item, explain why, and we will give you directions what to do next.

Caring for your True Nature items

Our clothing is made from natural fabrics, therefore requires extra delicate care. Please hand wash and hang dry only. Because of the delicate nature of these fabrics,

they will naturally wear out over time. 

If something happens to your clothing and you are truly taking care appropriately, please write to us and let us know. We may be able to replace or repair it for a minimal cost.
